Prior to entering the legal profession, Ms. Elias attended York University in Toronto, Ontario where she graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in International Development Studies. Upon graduation from York University, Ms. Elias attended Seton Hall School of Law located in Newark, New Jersey.

During her time at Seton Hall, Ms. Elias served as a competing member of Seton Hall's National Trial Team during which she competed in two national competitions. Ms. Elias also travelled abroad to Costa Rica for two months where she attended a Spanish language school. She is now conversational in Spanish and continues to work towards fluency every day.

During Ms. Elias' last semester of law school, she worked for the Nissenbaum Law Group full-time as a Law Clerk while attending classes in the evening. During that time, she gained valuable experience working for the firm’s attorneys in the areas of Commercial Law, Civil Litigation and Intellectual Property Law. She quickly became a valuable member of the team and, as a result, was quickly offered the position of Associate-Attorney upon her graduation and admission into the bar.

After graduation from law school, Ms. Elias passed both the New Jersey and the New York Bar Examinations and is licensed to practice law in both states. Upon her graduation and admission into the bar she continued her legal career as an Associate-Attorney with the Nissenbaum Law Group and, thereafter, with Bittiger Triolo, P.C.

During her employ with the Nissenbaum Law Group and Bittiger Triolo, P.C., Ms. Elias gained considerable experience both inside and outside the courtroom. She has experience in several areas of the law; has handled various phases of the litigation/arbitration process; has negotiated and drafted various contracts and other transactional documents; and has experience assisting clients with the development and protection of their business image and brand by, among other things, preparing trademark and copyright filings and by negotiating and drafting contracts to protect her clients’ trade secrets.

On a personal note, when Ms. Elias is not practicing law she enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé, Vincent and her German Shepherd Dog, Sasha. They enjoy everything from hiking in the Adirondacks to relaxing on all the beautiful beaches that the Jersey Shore has to offer.
